The fuel level sensor is designed to be installed in the fuel tanks of commercial vehicles to monitor changes in fuel level in real time. Its use allows to significantly reduce the level of fuel theft in the enterprise.
The sensor is made in a vandal-resistant aluminum alloy housing and has a connector and landing dimensions according to industry standards, it is used to measure the level of liquids and fuels in containers up to 2000 mm high. The device can be integrated as part of a remote monitoring system with any equipment that has an RS-485 or RS-232 interface that supports the LLS Protocol.
When developing a new generation of fuel level sensor Progress TMK5.24 was only applied to the original components of the companies Texas Instruments and ST. A number of innovative solutions were also applied. The development of the electronic part of the device took place with the involvement of Texas Instruments.
Especially strong and durable construction
The stainless steel interface cable is resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion
The design of the Central electrode and expansion plates guarantees fuel throughput regardless of fuel type and temperature
The protective coating of the Central electrode ensures accurate measurements even in the presence of impurities and mechanical sediment in the fuel
The stiffeners guarantee the mechanical strength of the housing
The polyurethane gasket does not change its physical properties for 6 years and has full chemical resistance
The protective coating of the Central electrode ensures accurate measurements even in the presence of impurities and mechanical sediment in the fuel
